Default MP3 Bounce ID3 Track Number Issues

Settings:
MP3
interleaved
44.1kHz
Enforce Avid Compatibility unchecked
Add To iTunes Library checked
Offline

Fastest Encoder Speed
320kbit/s Bit Rate
Enable MP3 Surround Encoding unchecked
Tag Type ID3 v1.1

Result: Everything seems to work OK except the track number ALWAYS adds 48 to whatever I input. If I leave the track number blank, it comes in as "track 48". If I tell it track 8, it comes in as "track 56".

Additionally, If I set the Tag Type to ID3 v.2.3, NONE of the data actually prints to the MP3. It comes in with no artist, no track number, no album, etc...

Am I missing something?

Just guessing. Do you need Add to I-Tunes Library checked? BTW, it'll SOUND better if you go for "slowest/tweakhead" quality instead of fastest.

It'll also sound better if I don't bounce to an mp3 haha. Speed overrides quality in this case. These are just reference mp3s of a rehearsal. :-)

I don't absolutely need it to automatically add to iTunes but it is probably worth noting that it doesn't matter if that's checked or not, the track numbers still get 48 added to them in the ID3 tag which shows in iTunes and every other player that will show track numbers.

This is a ridiculously old post, but I am having the same issue. I didn't see a resolution, does anybody else get this? This is on PT 12 for me.
