Protools 11 upgrade

Hello

Im facing an issue to upgrade my protools 8HD to 11HD

I did not remember my AVID ID and Password and Ilok's as well, so I remade IDs for both of sites.

Then, registered my Protools 11 upgrade version to my new AVID accound and sent it to my new ilok account.

I did not know that it wouldn't work that way. What should I do? Will AVID reissue my license?

Hi,

You will need to find you ilok account details! If you've purchased an upgrade version you need to have the version you are upgrading from available in the same ilok account to complete the upgrade.

Contact ilok.com with your email address and any other details that might help them identify your account! Maybe you used your credit card on ilok etc.

But without access to your ilok account you won't be able to do any upgrade and Avid won't give out any free ilok licenses
