Automatic fit-to-window

Hi guys, somehow I must have changed some settings and now every time I click on any track in edit window it switches to fit-to-window mode. Do you know where can I undo it?

This is how I do it. Go to Setup/ Preferences, in the Editing tab find Zoom Toggle where it says Track Height select "last used" then next time you expand a selection select the track height you prefer and it will stay like that. It looks like this:
