I was A/B'ing these to see which one I liked best, so they were ALL on the master buss but bypassed, and then deactivated. Problem remained, but when I removed them, my latency issue disappeard.

Now if others with this problem cannot duplicated this solution, then perhaps it is a problem with those specific plugin manufacturers (but I doubt it) or maybe 3 powerful CPU hungry mastering plugins instantiated together is the issue, which could be the case because I was getting CRAZY CPU spikes even though they were all bypassed......but I have a feeling it is a protools issue.
This is also what I found out and I used different plugins on the masterbus.
For sure it is a bug.

Hey, Daryl. I think we've been able to get around this in the past by making the Master Bus TRACK INACTIVE. But I feel like what you're describing has been around for a long time, even back in TDM days. Not sure if I'm reading your post correctly, though, so apologies if not.

Have you tried making the whole track inactive (master bus)?

No haven't tried deactivating the entire master track, to be honest I assumed since it was the master I wouldn't hear anything, I tried deactivating the plugs on the master individually. But I don't recall having this issue when I was on TDM. But that was a whole different set of problems. :)

You know, I'm rolling on 12.6.1, as I need not to have these midi issues.

My third year of subscription looms in one months time, and I'm in fear.

Sick of buggy software and bad support at our expense!!!!!
