Hi Chris, thanks for responding, but I believe this a known problem. To be more clear, I have clicked the dropdown menu next to 'Product Details and Download Links' under 'Licenses: Pro Tools 11 Bundle', what appears is a list of downloads for Pro Tools 12, no links for downloading Pro Tools 11.
I have the licence for PT11 on my iLok. This is not an issue regarding serials, re-registering or licences. For the non believers out there or others who may suggest 'looking harder' attached is a screen shot. Last edited by MattyEss; 09-25-2016 at 03:19 PM. |

I no longer have access to support. What is the best way to get in touch with Avid without buying an ASC? Can I PM someone here?

You should still be able to open a case. In your account screen under My Support Center,
click Access the Support Center(Portal), click Cases, then click Open New Case. I have used this though I do not have a current support plan. You just have to wait for a text reply.

I am having nearly an identical issue to OP! I bought PT 11 a few years ago. I just recently bought a new computer and am trying to move PT 11 to the new computer but I only see links to PT 12 in my account.
