Not a Pro Tools issue as such, I know...

Before I upgraded to Monterey, Choosing Get Info (e.g apple-i) on a.WAV file (or indeed an mp3) would reveal its bit depth, sample rate, number of channels and duration (under More Info...). Very handy when being sent files by clients. This doesn't work any more. Nothing appears under More Info or anywhere else.

Is there an alternative super-quick way to find this out about a WAV file? Or is there something wrong with my setup?

How strange. For me (see attached) the field is blank...

fwiw: that WAV file i showed was created/bounced out of PT 2022.7. it is possible that other DAWs/apps do not include that MetaData in the output.

Yeah, I figured that - there's no info for files bounced out of Pro Tools either.
