Default 24/96 over aes/ebu, toslink, spdif, adat

Does anyone know how it works with double speed connections beetween digital equipment for 24/96khz operation? I need some explaination about this subject. Do you know a website with info about the protocols vor multiplexing? or info about hardware convertors. Thanks

Check out rme-audio.com They have hardware converters that do all that stuff.
