My iLok Account won't show my Subscription
I have recently purchased and activated a Pro Tools Student subscription. It gives me Pro Tools Perpetual Licence and a 1 Year update subscription. I have linked my iLok account but it refuses to show my licence. What do I do?

go to your Avid Account and see if your ilok account in Avid account matches the exact same name as your ilok user id
