I would appreciate suggestions as to what decent patch-bay I should seek . I would like to get the inputs from my DIGI 002 "outfront" for ease of access. Thanks folks!

Check out the Samson S Patch Plus here: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/SPatchPlus/

Very straight forward and any switching is on the front - good build. Behringer makes a couple, but stay away from the 2000 model (or whatever the 4 mode one is) - it's unnecessarily complicated.

I don't own one myself yet, but there is a lot of love out there for this unit:

You can also set the normaling from the front on this one...

Just rockin'...what more is there?

Bittree is my first choice http://www.bittree.com/
on the bigger bays you can get 2 lines of a 12 pt. font
Switcraft are OK http://www.switchcraft.com/Category_....aspx?Parent=5
Neutrik TT or B-Gauge are good http://www2.neutrik.com/us/en/audio/...els_group.aspx
Audio Accessories make good bays http://www.patchbays.com/
