PT11 to PT12
I have PT11.2.2 on a Mac 10.9.5.
Simple question. Does PT11 have to be uninstalled before installing PT12? On a Mac a clean uninstall of PT11 would simply mean putting PT11 icon into trash and emptying. I believe this would not effect Audio and Plug In preferences? Avid still does not provide this basic guidance on its site on this. Additionally: If I bought PT12 upgrade with support before my deadline expires on 28th, would I be forced into installing right away (by surrendering my PT11 license)?
