Beat Detective tutorial?

Anyone know of a good, free Beat Detective tutorial? I need to align some drum overdubs that drift away from the click track a little here and there. I tracked everything to drum loops and added the live drums after. They sound great but I need them to be more accurate to the dozens of tracks I already have in place. If it's possible, I'd also like to use it to align some harmony vocal overdubs that are a smidge out of sync with the lead vocal here and there. I've read the manual fifty times and I'm still unsure how to do exactly what I need to do.
