Upgrading desktop / firewire
ALOHA!
Im upgrading my desktop and I have the DIGI RACK 003+ FIREWIRE. I understand that current Motherboards do not include Firewire ports, so what´s your recomendation? Im thinking to buy Intel Core i7 5820k Processor. So which motherboard do you recommend? and how can I solve the firewire thing? Thanks!

Re: Upgrading desktop / firewire
There are several compatible FW cards available. SIIG is a good brand, but make sure it has a TI chipset and FW400 ports(as I understand it, the cards with both 400 and 800 ports don't do as well).
