Heres where im stuck ive made an account with iLock and downloaded the iLock software drivers, and it still says I havent got any license's to download on to my iLock.

Im stuck and frustrated, Ive been trying to do this for 2 weeks and ive got assignments that i need to start with Pro Tools!

First thing, if you are taking a class in Pro Tools, you should check with your instructor for assistance if possible.

Now, did you purchase a boxed product that came with an iLok?

If so, it may be preauthorized with the license.

If you have registered the iLok at www.ilok.com and it shows no licenses on the iLok, then check to see if you received a card in the box with an "Activation Code" to get your license.

If you have that, then you would create an account at http://account.avid.com and enter your activation code there.

One other thing, depending on your web browser, iLok.com might not recognize your iLok. Are you able to see the iLok regisered on your iLok.com account?

Thank you for your help

I ended up calling the support line and found out that i had entered the wrong iLock i.d during the activation process. They have made the whole installation of pro tools a bit complicated wish it was more simple.

but the matter has been resolved and i should be able to download the lisence for my ilock by tonight
