Default ADAT Lightpipe switcher?

I was wondering if their is a reasonably priced product on the market that lets switch between multiple lightpipe inputs to a single output?

Essentially, I have three lightpipe devices I need to get in and out and one input and output on the digi.

Id like to switch between them without re-cabling.

Thanks!

SS

I use the digpatch. It is a life saver!
I use it like you are talking about, plus I use it to send clock source to all of my gear. It doesnt seem that many use this box. I dont know why, it functions perfectly. I paid $299 at audiomidi.com.
The unit can be controlled via your mac. Its the only way I could possibly decipher the assignments. I have 6 devices hooked up to it ( DAT, ADAT,PRo tools, Apogee rosetta, RME CARD, LExicon VERB)
It gets confusing when you realize that you can send any input to any output, but each output shares both the ADAt and RCA port.
The software is the WORST app I ever use. It makes the assignments so confusing. I solved this by drawing a chart that has a pic of all my ins and outs. Now its workable.

Thats an interesting product! I see on the link posted that it says that it is only designed to work with 16 bit and doesn't guarantee to work with any others.

Have you guys had any problems with this with 24 bit?

chompers HOLD ON!!!!!!!!! dont!!! use that clock
on the rosetta!! when you do some tracking the clock in the rosetta is far more better!
for the other stuff its ok. but use the roseta as master just when you record in to the 001. the no sample loss that way if you can buy the aardcync and use it to as master in to the rosetta your going to rock you have a apogee on your hands use it well

I DO use the rosseta clock. Is there some confusion?

The term 16 bit ADAT, it just what the lightpipe is called, I think it is becuase at the time it was created that was all ther was. It can do 24 bit.
I dont knoow of a digital cable that doesnt carry any bit depth that you feed it. I could be wrong on this, but I think thats the deal.

THis is from the Alesis site....

"ADAT Optical Interface.......

The ADAT Optical interface has always been 24-bits linear per channel, times 8 channels. In products that are 16 or 20-bit, the least significant bits are simply set to zero. *

Oh, I wasnt clear in the original post...
The Rosetta is clocking all the gear through the Digipatch. With the digipatch you can send one signal to all six outputs!
Its great.

I was referring to this disclaimer on the m-audio website itself:

"Note: The Litepipe protocol used by the Digipatch, known as DT-16, is a format intended to support 16-bit Type I ADAT devices. Other Litepipe formats are not guaranteed to work reliably. All coaxial S/PDIF and Optical S/PDIF (TosLink) are fully supported. "

So, it seems to me that they are saying that 24 bit isn't reliable with t6he Digipatch.

But you guys haven't noticed any problems?
