Midi keyboards and Pro tools.
Hi All
Just been given a freinds old Mac os x running 10.4.11 and have Pro tools LE 7.3 running off of an MBox 1. Looking to get a small sized Inexpensive Midi keyboard to use with Xpand and various other Plug ins but do not want to go out and spend money on one that isnt compatible with the Mac or Pro Tools versions that i am using. Any suggestions or ideas? have seen a few for around the £50 Mark ( Alesis Q25 for example) Cheers. |

Re: Midi keyboards and Pro tools.
That should work fine. If you add a midi connection with something like the M-Audio UNO, you could use any keyboard with midi ports. I bought an old Ensoniq Mirage keyboard for $50US and it works fine, plus the keybed feels much better than most of the sub-$300 controllers on the market
