I’m running PT 12.7.
I have a perpetual license.
What is the cost to update it to the current version?

Pro Tools *standard*: Normally $299 if your plan has lapsed.

I would get over to Sweetwater Or other dealers and check out current promotions that will reduce this a bit. Sweetwater sales reps should be able to answer any questions.

And Avid is currently running a 20% off sale, so the various distributors (Sweetwater, Vintage King, etc.) should have upgrades and renewal at that 20% discount for the next week.
