Digitest= No Mix card

My G4 hard drive die on me. I had to reinstall OS 9.1 and PT 5.1. I have 888/24 Mix Plux. However, After I reintalled PT and run the DigiTest, no mix cards were showing. I suspect it's because I reinstalled the Operating System with the mix cards on the computer. Is this the cause? Do I have to reinstall the OS without the Mix cards?
