To the OP : I acheive really good lamb of god tone (I play some) with the modern DC and even the M-2 lead (the later being a little trickier). I roll back the gain (at 12 or 1 o'clock) in favor of the amp output and boost the mids with a post EQ. You may want to add the green od if you are trying it with the M-2.

I'll try to do a real patch somewhere this week and let you know
Hey, I'd be interested in that patch too. In fact, that would be really cool. And don't forget to post it too ElevenRacksPresets as well.

Thanks,
V.

I've actually modded my JCM 2000 to help with this too. I had the voltage across the power plate lowered significantly. It cleaned up a lot of the mush. It dramatically lowered the out put of my 100 watt Marshall, but really, who needs 100 watts of mush anyway. This gives the presence control more shaping capabilities at higher gain.

Ummm, I could be wrong, but, I think I recall reading just recently that there are some "Lamb of God" presets by Mark Morton (???) on the Sweetwater presets list.

Unfortunately, I don't know the URL .

Here's the thing with the Sweetwater/Player presets; IMO, they are not made to emulate sounds from their music, but, instead, are simply presets these guys made.
