Still no12.6 license in iLok account... how long will it take?

Why there are no clear instructions from AVID about this?

Just renewed my yearly HD Plan this month to get ready for 12.6

Nothing in ilok manager as of yet... opened a support case last night at 9:20 PM and not even a response over 12 hours later.

What happened to the 4 hour response time?

Every single time a "upgrade" rolls out I and left out and have to go through all this.

Jeffro gets it all handled over the span of a few days but it simply should not be like this!

There is:

If you still don't have the licenses in your ilok account you should start a support case from your avid account so they can help ypu get going again.

Got a response from Avid.. still waiting for my iLok license to show up. While my business is shut down.

This is not good. If you want to release an update, make sure customers iLoks are updated FIRST. There was NO indication in the 12.6 release notes saying that your existing iLok license would need to be updated. I thought that was the whole point of this subscription mess (

Supported updated my iLok with new licenses this am. 12.6 functioning now. THANK YOU.

I have both a vanilla license and an HD license. I see the asset for the vanilla but not the HD license - at least I think thats the case as it says 'Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12)'. I would imagine there would be a flag for the HD one if it were that one. I am not moving to 12.6 for a few weeks at least, but if I had jumped in I would believe I would be SOL along with everyone else.

This is in iLok manager that I am writing about - not on avid.com > my downloads. I see all my software on my Avid portal.

I also have two licenses, one being HD. I too only have the PT non HD licenses in iLok so far. I guess the HD licenses will come over the next few days.

No problems here. Install asked me to update iLok which i did & all running smoothly now

Mac 10.11.6 √
PT's HD12.6√

Tried on a test OS 10.12 HDX would not get recognized (Nor is it supported)
Worth noting in 10.12 was HUI and Delay compensation instability.

Restored backup to 10.11.6 and all is good.
