S6 network issues?

Hi,
Have a off an on unsteady connection with our S6.
Wifi(internet)seems to make it harder for the Mac to see the S6 and more buggy.
But sometimes even with the WiFi off the S6 is missing all the memory locations or not updating text when tweaking a knob on the S6(even thou it sends the data to PT).
Can’t see any errors when looking at those modules on the surface page.
Also every now and then I get weird behavior on some waveforms.
It just loops and jumps back and forth.

Don’t know where to look since it doesn’t show up as errors in the surface.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

The best thing to do with these kind of issues is to pare down the network so that the Mac only has one ethernet port enabled and no Wi-Fi. This Ethernet connection then goes straight into the S6 Switch. If the issues go away then we need to look at how the rest of the network is configured.

Seem to work flawless with the WiFi off from booting.
Where should I start with fixing this?
Manual dhcp?
Not that good at networks but kind of hard to be offline these days.

Is the S6 generating the IP address for it (DHCP) if so what's the Ethernet Adapters IP address in the MAC for that network? Plus, what's the IP address of the WiFi adapter in the Mac when turned on?

These are the settings with the WIFI on.
S6 MTM setting-Enable DHCP server on interface 1
Mac(WIFI) 192.168.68.117
S6 IP 192.168.1.26
Router IP 192.168.68.1

Those should be Ok as long as the Subnets are 255.255.255.0 (not 255.255.0.0). One thing EUCON doesn't like is any network changing once its launched. So if WSControl is launching before the WiFi gets a signal, that would count as a change, so try manually launching WSControl after the system is up. Another thing is don't use sleep.
