Licensing Plugins help?
Hey everyone,
I've been considering buying a plugin bundle from someone on ebay. This would include several plugins, an iLok, and the original install CD for the products. What happens to me when pro tools 6 comes out? Am I not considered a legitament owner? Obviously these are legal copies as the authorization IS on the I-Lok. It's a great deal, im just hoping that If i spend my money on this. I wont be hung out to dry. The auction closes in 18 hours. So a quick response is appreciated. thanks, Jon |

Re: Licensing Plugins help?
Basically, it depends on what plugins they are. You can post here and someone might know what that particular companies policy is but the best bet would be to hear it from the company that makes the plugins. If it is a plugin bundle that came when someone bought Pro Tools system is not transferable and you would be wasting money on it. Good luck...
