Icon Faders Stuck on Aux sends with Pro Tools 9

I'm right in the middle of a mix and I've had 9 channels on the desk get stuck in Aux (flip) mode. If I move or get rid of the aux the channel comes up blank and the fader -inf. I've trashed pres, reset the desk, Power cycled the desk shut down the rig... nothing works. The channels that have this issue bank shuffle so were not dealing with a physical issue with the desk but a software talking to desk issue. I'm going to try and create a new session and import session data to it and see if this issue follows. It happened all at once.

Any thoughts?

Importing Session data into a new session without including any of the ICON options got them back on track. Not sure what's up with this but I guess I found the work around. Hope it doesn't happen much. Really slows down the groove...

I've seen the same behavior on Pro Tools 8.x with flipped sends. There has to be a bug somewhere that carried over to PT9. I will see if I can reproduce it. From what I remember though it was very infrequent.
