More issues with AIR...this time Transfuser

Yep. Last night I tried and it doesn't happen Donald. I am sorry but can't get those presets to load here either ... not surprised really, just meh!

I've heard of quite a few engineers that just skip track 23 for anything because of this. Then again I wish I had problems like this

So there's two of you with the same issue. and I believe you're running on a Mac system, no? I'll add to my reporting on this to AIR.

I tried on one of our trashcans osx Sierra 10.12.6 and my brand new MBP with high Sierra and one MBP 2014 with Sierra 10.12.6 and all three has the same issue. HD 12.8.1 and HD 12.8.2 so not a 12.8.2 problem solely.

Thanks for the info Christopher. I'm passing this on to AIR and see what they say. Its either a glitch with Transfuser not reading the pull down menu OR they simply overlooked including the patterns with the IEP package.

By the way, in spite of the glitch, this can be a really cool effect. Try this sometime. Take a VI of your choice with a more sustained patch of some sort. Then, insert Tranfuser on the same intrument track, right under the VI. In Transfuser use the "Def Audio In" option from the menu. This installs a blank audio input module in the Transfuser rack. Now, insert Gater on the module insert. Then, use the Gater creator in the bottom window in Transfuser to create your own effect. Change the rate, or whatever.

I'd start with the AMP lane and create a pattern. Then play with the other parameters on any beats where the AMP is on. Especially play with pan, gate and cutoff. When you get something you like, try adding another effect, ie Phaser or delay or both. It can funky fast! You can get some really nice gated effects this way on any patch off any VI.

Will definitely try that out. In all honesty I have not used Transfuser once on any songs we completed for artists, I know that a few of our in house producer interns have used it but I have not. I need to really start using the stuff we paid a lot for here hehe
