When I bought the S3, the avb feature was well mentionned, no asterisk about which computer was working. It was more a bonus feature for me, so I didn't verified by myself. So, you tell me it's a problem from apple?

it's not about the type of Mac you're using. If you use Yosemite and a Mac with PCIe it should work out of the box...

Every system below Yosemite won't work...

Don't feel bad, Windows can't seem to use the AVB at all from the S3, which makes it an expensive control surface with no audio function.....
