Default iPad with Avid Control not showing up in EuControl on Catalina

Trying to setup Dock and Avid Control on iPadPro frustrations:

Dock works fine but Avid Control is dimmed out... showing "Not Connected"
EuControl is the latest version (I guess since I just downloaded it): 20.6.1.3
App Version shows: 20.6.0.1 (which I just downloaded as well) on iPad Pro OS 14.0.1.

PT Version: 20.9.1.123
I read that Control app and the EuControl are supposed to be the same version but where do I get the downloads to be the same?

Dock is connected vie Ethernet directly to the computer and the iPad is connected to the Dock via a USB cable.

Any Tips to resolve the issue?

I'm not having any luck on iPadOS 14.0.1 and Eucon 20.6.1.3
PT Dock works fine but the Control doesn't even show up in EUControl
Settings.
Any Tips?

I’ve had this issue. Make sure WiFi is turned on, both the iPad and the computer... and on the same network. Even if the iPad is hard-wired directly to the computer.

Still the same issue as I've posted elsewhere with Dock & Control
No luck on iPadOS 14.0.1 with the latest version Control App and Eucon 20.6.1.3
PT Dock works fine but the Control doesn't even show up in EUControl
Settings.
Same wi-fi connection etc... followed many of the troubleshooting steps posted around here without any luck.
Frustrating! Anyone?

I had a similar thing happen to me. I had the latest version of Eucontrol and the Control App but it wouldn't work. I deleted the Control iPad app and re-downloaded it from the App Store and it then showed up in the Eucon device list and I was able to select it and it connected.

[Consolidated posts a bit since they were spread across a few threads]

I have a similar setup (but with HD Native Thunderbolt on an iMac) - iPad Pro & Galaxy Tab A with S1 & Dock. I switch my controllers between 2 Macs and that works fine - only probs have been when versions get out of sync (I change setups a lot to test different things) or if my iPad switches over to another network.

Can start a support case to get more detailed system info if needed...
