Chnage Initial Window Size?

For some reason, when I open ProTools, the initial window size (i.e. before a seesion is loaded), has become a strange size. It is now as tall as the monitor , but is very narrow. I can resize it, but I'd prefer it to be positioned and sized to something useful when it first opens.

I tried deleting my prefs and all PT prefs on the machine, and have also tried closing with Alt+F4. However none of these works. Anyone know how to change this? Thanks.

I'm running 7.4cs4 on XP SP3. Thanks.
