The big question is................................................ ..is it worth the $60,000 that's it's said to cost? I'm still having a hard time dumping money into a "Controller" All sound is being bussed through Pro-Tools correct, All eq's, compressors are just being controlled through a $60,000 controller......I'll wait and see but it seems to me that alot studio's will hold on to their analog consoles...SSL, Neve...Just my opinion

I think there are still plenty of people that don't want to use Pro Tools mix buss and will stay away from it if possible. When the budget allows, we will head to the nice big analog desks to mix on. I only hope that Digidesign will come out with a small controller for TDM systems that runs with ethernet (or anything better than midi). It is silly that the 002 won't work with TDM systems, and the Control 24 and Procontrol are just too much for many of us. throw us a fricken bone here.
