Unhappy !!!__help__!!!

There is no General Troubleshooting thread for VISTA users, so please tell me what you need to know about my system before you help me.

List of problems:

- Editing anything while playback is active causes audio it to either jump/freeze/skip

- Doing anything is unbelievably slow

Is there even a System Config guide for Vista?

Please help, I was so much more happier with 7.1 and my old machine. That's sad

Vista optimizations can be found here:

You can also visit the Win XP/ Pro Tools 6.x/7.x General Troubleshooting thread for information how to gather and post specific info on your system if you're unable to resolve the problem.
