PT 8 HD Freezes on *Setting up MIDI**
Hey guys, just updated from leopard to snow leopard, running 10.6.4 on a MACPRO. Reinstalled PT 8 HD, a safe install, and clicked all boxes except MIDI drivers in the install window.
Now everytime i boot PT 8 up, it freezes when it gets to the Setting up MIDI part, then beachballs and i have to force quit. I have previously check the MIDI box upon install but that didnt work either. Only once did it actually open up PT 8 to a dialog window, and that took about 10 minutes. Ive trashed preferences using the *PT Helper* but no luck so far. I might just do a complete uninstall and reinstall. Any help would be appreciated!

Clean install of the OS. Straight Up.
