This is terrible, I can't roll back my clock, I get a iLok message saying "clock can't be repaired" also don't have TimeMachine
This is bad
This is why you should have a backup clone that gets disconnected from the computer when not actually cloning. For Macs the most used program is Carbon Copy Cloner; there are others I believe.

Just a brief update on my research for a fix, surprisingly I was contacted by Avid without open a case, I'm now providing them all info related to this issue

This fixed the problem:

I was running a very stable Mac OS 10.12.6 Sierra and Pro Tools 2019.5 Ultimate, S3 and Dock.
I just cloned my 10.12.6 with CCC and upgraded to Mac Os 10.13.6, now everything is working as it should. I hope this helps.

If you are running Mac OS 10.12.6 Sierra do not plug your iOS 13.1 device on your computer!!

I had this problem - believed by iLok and iZotope to be related to the iPhone iOS13 update whilst using OSX10.12.6 (Sierra). Current advised workarounds are to restore a backup of your system from just before the update or to upgrade to High Sierra.

I upgraded to Mojave (rash I know) but now everything works again

Any update on this? I was running PT 12.4 on OS x 10.11.6 El Capitan. encountering same problems with Audiothing, Slate, and a few other plugins. I don't have a time machine back up and updating to High sierra doesn't seem like an option running PT 12.4. Tried Reinstalling El Capitan with no luck. I would love to get back to normal operation without being forced into upgrading PT and OS.

UPDATE: checked mac installer updater and there was an update that "fixed error with IOS devices updated on mac" or something of the sort. did the update, restarted and all plugs are back... this may only work for El Capitan but that seemed to do the trick

Just discovered I had the same issue Could not open plugins from Slate Digital, Kush, etc... only in Pro Tools. As mentioned above, I checked available updates in App Store, and bingo! An update related to iTunes was available. Once performed, all is back in order.
