Omni Not Keeping Sample Rate

OSX 10,12 PT 12 HDX.. Why does my omni not switch sample rates to follow the session sample rate the same way a 192 used to ?

I keep having to go through the Omni menu & manually switch it to follow the session...

Am I alone in this ? is this the way it's supposed to work ?
