Default Two Serial Ports

Help !!!!!!!!!!, I need 2 serial ports for my Studio setup and they need to be able to talk to OMS. How can I achieve this? I have an opcode studio 5 and a Mark of the Unicorn DTP. At present I have a 9650 and I am also running a Keyspan SX, 4 serial portcard ,for added ports ( used at the moment for 9 pin control ) The Keyspan does not talk to OMS directly . I am planning to Upgrade to a large G4
