Video Window shortcut not working

Hi there !
I have to finish a job on my laptop and PT 12.4 LE, that I started on my PT HD.
I'm using French AZERTY keyboard, and I'm struggling with the shortcut for the Video Window --> (Command + 9). Not working at all, and I need to close / open this video window every 2 minutes for this sound design project.

I tried to change the keyboard input to Qwerty, or French Numerical, etc...but doesn't work.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue ?

Does your keyboard have a numeric keypad? That shortcut only works with the 9 on the numeric keypad, not with the 9 above the keyboard.

If you are using the numeric keypad, then I'm not sure...could be the language/keyboard layout.

Changing to new keyboard) It's easy than searching any tricks, as for me)
