Default Tech support needed - downgraded my Eleven Rack

I hope someone from Avid will see this post!

My Eleven Rack wouldn't start properly, so I decided to try to run the firmware upgrade again. The 2.0.1 updater complained about the number of activations so I thought I'd try the 1.0.3 updater just to check if the hardware is ok.

Got it working again, but I'd like to get the expansion pack back. Avid, please send me a pm. Your email support directed me here.

Is this the same computer you used originally to install the ERXP? If so, it should work as long as the hidden files are still there.

If you upgraded OS, or are using a different computer then the only thing to do it contact Avid and have them reset your SN and ID or give you a new one.

Unfortunately I reinstalled Windows on the computer I ran the upgrade on, so I think the necessary files are missing

Yep, you will need new codes then or have them reset if they can still do that.

Checked the link and it's working for me - should take you right to the page to enter the code. Try signing into your Avid account then click Avid Software Activation and Download.
