Default Opening Logic files in Pro Tools

Hello,
I decided to record a new song of mine with a friend's Mac-based Logic system.

But now I would rather do the final mixing myself on my Windows- ProTools 7.3.

I cannot shell out for DigiTranslator... and am wondering if it will work if I bounce each individual Logic track to a wav file, and then import each individual wav file to it's own track in ProTools. I would make each track start at the same time, so it will be easy to sync them all together.

I've seen some similar posts, but not this issue addressed directly with LE.

Thanks.

Yes, you could do that - Logic even has a function 'Bounce>All tracks as audio files'. Just drop them all into your Pro Tools session at bar 1, beat 1 and you're good to go.

Thanks.
Sharing consolidated tracks between different platforms and apps is the most common and trouble free way. Even if I mix a track that was created in PT, I request the client to give me consolidated wav files and I import those into my own mix session with the routing etc already to go.

I do this all the time in PT LE between different apps and platforms etc.
