My error is very much the same except I get "drive not ready" in the title bar of the error message.

"Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c"

PLEASE HELP!

Has any figured this out yet? I am still having the problem listed above. Tech Support .exe is in my Digidesign folder. No such luck. Help?

I don't think it's a huge prioroty. One of the other DUC'ers has written an app that does the same thing. Do a search and you should be able to find it. I believe it was guitardom.

Cheers,

I had the EXACT same problem, and also had very similar issues with Traktor on this pc... I do not have a floppy in either computer but it shows up for some reason in the device manager, I uninstalled (not just disable) both the floppy and the floppy controller (even though they were not physically there anyway)
and solved the issue, now I can use the tech support utility

I hope this fixes it for you, please let us know.
