PT 11 - do not have sufficient access privileges ?
I have not used this system for about 2 months, always worked, and now I start to get message 'Do not have sufficient access privileges' and program won't launch.
Nothing has changed on the system. I read all kind of answers on this, such as reboot, verify disk access privileges in OSX, Repair disk access... Been there, done that. No help. My licences are on iLok2, where I hold PT 12 subscription licence and PT11 perpetual. Subscription was paid on time (December). OSX is 10.8.5 Any idea ?

Re: PT 11 - do not have sufficient access privileges ?
Are you running as admin?
iLok plugged into a working USB port? Try a different one and see what happens. Are you by some chance trying to open a PT12 session on PT11? That shouldn't be an issue unless you're using something specific to PT12. How are you opening PT? Double clicking on the program icon or a session icon? |
