trouble setting up equipment!!!

hey i was wondering if anyone could help with my setup:

i have an mpc 5000, a fast track pro usb interface, an axiom pro midi keyboard and pro tools m-powered 8

basically this is all abit new to me and rather confusing so im having trouble connecting all this up. i'd like to know what would be the best way to set up so that i can track from the mpc into pro tools. and also what cables i might need.

after alot of trial and error i managed to get everything set up the way i wanted.
i've got my axiom triggering pro tools VSTs and recording into pro tools but i was wondering if it is possible to trigger the pro tools VSTs with the axiom and record it into the MPC?
i'd really appreciate it if someone could let me know if theis is possible and how!
