Reinstatement plan without iLok

Sorry just realised I should have posted this in here.

I was using ProTools 10 on my old Macbook which died and left me having to buy a new one, I then realised that 10 was incompatible so I needed to upgrade, I thought I'd leave this until after I finish moving house.
The problem is that I've just realised the iLok has vanished in the process, I'm having some of the worst luck imaginable this month.
I still have the rest of the information on the ProTools 10 product registration card but would this be enough if I am to buy a new iLok and the Reinstatement plan? The product was purchased back in 2013.
