Default AIR Users Blog "must-haves"?

I just registered as a member of the blog, and I see there's an awful lot of sounds, samples and presets there now. Any recommendations? What about "Vintage synths" for Structure? Is it good, even without the brown GUI?

Thanks. Do you know how it compares to Trilogy? What kind of music is it suitable for?

How 'bout the sound of Avid's customer support, which, I reckon, would go something like a freight train crashing into a heard of stunned cattle. Or into a heard of stunned freight train builders (would be more appropriate).

Hardly a must-have?

Trilogy is in a world of its own.

Yeah, but it hasn't been used much since I bought a Fender JB and IK's Ampeg SVX.

Their new bass suite is called Trilian. It's very good. However, a replacement for a real bass it is not. None are. Scarbee Blue and/or Red might get us the closest.

I know about Trillian, but it's too heavy for my old rig. I'm struggling as it is with Omnisphere. I use Trilogy every now and then, but mostly I record my JB through a UA 6176. Awesome sounds.

I'll try to navigate through the plethora of sounds available on the blog...
