JBL 3 series monitors for 5.1?
I’m interested in opinions on the JBL 3 series monitors for a 5.1 or 5.0 set up. Studio isn't that large and would be mixing for TV.

Indeed, IMHO, I think the LSR305 is the best speaker anywhere near that price range. I'm not knocked out by their sub and would suggest the Presonus Temblor T10, which beats any sub under $1k(I got my rep to get me a pair to try in my room of around 19' deep and 14' wide and I bought after the first day)
 My midi room has LSR305's with a KRK 10" sub and the sub gives up well before the JBL's
