The new installer is there! I am downloading it now. I will report back after I have installed it. Hopefully everything will work with iLok. It is not showing up in iLok. Maybe after I install it?

The iLok authorization has nothing to do with the installation. If there is no licence on the iLok, you won't be able to run successfully installed PT11. They are two separate issues.

I got it to download but now it won't run because iLok will not authorize! I know this is off topic on this post so I will post another topic.

Deleted old download (79511.dmg) and cleared cache. Went back to My products and downloaded PT11 installer again, this time it was 79652.dmg. Installed perfectly. This solved my issue. Hope this helps someone else.

So are you saying you have successfully installed PT11?

If you have then the next step is to sort the iLok problem out.

Yes it installed ok. I am not sure what to do now with iLok. On Avid's website it says to go to iLok to retrieve my license but it is not there. It still says Pro Tools 10.

You might want to look at the iLok problems threads (there are plenty of them). There seems to be some issues relating to ilok licence transfers.

Are you eligeble for a free upgrade or have you purchased the update from 10-11 or are you on student tier? How did you recieve PT10 first time?
