Exclamation Cant download Virt. Instruments Installer WIN?

Hi Been having a hell of a time to get the Xpand2 plug in to play sound, it is there but does not respond as other instruments. Tried moving stuff with no luck. Really killed about 3 hours of free time with no resolve. Trying to re-install PT to version 10.3 to see if that will do the trick.

When I go to AVID virtual instruments installer on my products it says file not found. Tried Firefox,Chome and IE9. The PT program installer worked but cant download the instruments. This is insane, completely killed my creativity.

Any ideas anyone? I read lots on how to move the XPand.big file and had no luck. AHHH
