Weekend support number? I received my code

I purchased a 1 call support for PT9HD. The receipt window cave a a number with 9 digits and said USE THIS CODE: xxxxxxxxx.
the email I received said:
"Thank you for purchasing Pro Tools HD Telephone Support, 1 Call. Please follow the instructions below.

Pro Tools HD Telephone Support, 1 Call
Code: xxxxxxxxx
Please use this code when prompted for access into our Support Center. "

This is great, but what number am I supposed to call!!!! The Avid store says: "You will receive the telephone access number and your ASC code upon checkout."

just call the number you would if you didn't have the support code it will ask you if you have a support code then go from there. Press # if you would like to return to the previous menu.
