Default Windows xp on a Macbook

So was using an ibook, and the logic board crapped out. I dropped a bunch of cash on a new macbook, and of course pro tools wont work with leapord. so i installed windows xp with the dual boot thing on the mac thinking i could run le 7.1 on there. I keep getting a 9093 error, then i tried to make some adjustments and now i am getting 9129 errors. Does anyone know if Pro tools is compatible on windows xp on a mac intel based machine?
When on windows, it says pro tools is only using 3-4% of the cpu. 99% is taken up by some system idle thingy.

Any suggestions? I cannot wait for digidesign to come out with a leopard update to get my system running, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
