Default Problems with Sampletank

I've only started using OSx recently and instinctively double clicked on a folder when asked by sampletank to select the folder containing instruments. Of course now sampletank is looking at the wrong folder and I cant get it to search for the proper folder, any ideas? With sampletank can I build my own programs?
