Nu bus/PCI question

I work for one of the music retailers we all know and love. A guy wants to tyrade in a nubus PT card for a PCI card.
Am I right - A PCI card won't fit in a nubus slot and vice versa?
I dont know if a nubus card would ever sell.
Would Digidesign credit him for an upgrade?
