Default Data Recovery

I'm needing to recover a protools audio folder that was deleted from the drive and trash. I have back ups, but the fact of the matter is that it is not there. Running G5 with 10.3. Is thier any way to revert to an prevouse date? File was deleted about three days ago, and I'm consernd that the cluster has been taken over. If any one can help or sugest anything, I couldn't thank you enough.
