11 months without Perpetual Licence and Support Upgrades [SOLVED]
Hello,
It has been almost a year and I have not recieved a single licence update since Pro Tool 12.7. I have created a new support case as the previous one was automatically closed. Avid Support Case Number: 03388679 Also I did not recieve an email confirming that my case has been recieved.
