20.1 bug: close when exiting

Hi,

so window follows tracks seems to finally work now. However "close windows when exiting" only seems to work for EQ and sends but the Pan window stays open no matter what. Not sure if this is intended.
Sends don't open when selecting "aux" on the mix,. They only open when you change a send value on the mix which is not a huge deal but you have to change a value before you can actually see the status which is sometimes weird.

Also when selecting EQ the window will open and stay open even when pressing PAN but then when you click into the adjacent track the EQ will close and the PAN will stay open.

It's still a lot of clicking and inconsistent confusing behaviour.

Try this:

select a track
press PAN on the mix (pan window will open)
press EQ (EQ will open in addition to the pan window)
press AUX (EQ window closes, PAN stays open but SEND window doesn't open)
touch a send encoder (send window open now closing the pan window)
move cursor to the next track (send window closes and won't follow)

Pretty confusing stuff. It's really hard to understand the logic behind this all so you end up clicking, constantly manually opening and closing windows. I find it hard to establish a consistent workflow as these windows opening/closing become a bit of a "whack-a-mole" game.

(yes I have open send, eq, pan setting active and close when exiting)
